The proposed Marysville 10 Degrees project is a 328-lot Planned Residential Development (PRD) Plat located at 2703 156th St NE, Marysville, WA 98270. The project proposes 165 townhome units and 163 detached single-family units on the 328 lots. The proposal also includes an application for a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall along the north property line of the proposed 328-lot multi-family development. The wall will be approximately 750 lineal feet with retained heights up to 6 feet maximum. The wall shall be “L” shaped in order to avoid disturbing an existing nearby stream. There will be a sidewalk along the south side of the wall and a fence or guardrail by others will be mounted to the top of the retaining wall.
