This revision is being submitted for review and approval to update the originally approved permit plans for the two-story detached structure at the above address. The scope of this revision is limited to the reclassification of the first-floor “Family Recreation Room (Unfinished)” into a second Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU – Unit 2). The second-floor DADU (Unit 1) was previously approved and constructed under Permit #B24-0520. Both DADU units are contained within the same two-story structure and share the existing building footprint. No changes are proposed to the structure’s exterior, floor area, utilities, or site layout. All construction complies with the previously approved plans and inspections. This submittal reflects an administrative revision to update occupancy and zoning classification in accordance with the City’s updated DADU regulations adopted in 2025.
