Proposed change of classification for an existing attached mother-in-law space of the existing SFR to reclassifying the whole residence into a duplex. This project does not require any construction as all is existing, except an interior door to the rest of the house will be walled-off. The MIL was permitted as an addition when constructed in the early 90's by Snohomish County.
