Replace existing split-system HVAC with a new York 3-ton high-efficiency system. Work includes the removal and disposal of the existing furnace and outdoor condensing unit, followed by the installation of a new 80% AFUE gas furnace (Model: Y81E080B12SMPS1) and a matching 13.4 SEER2 outdoor AC unit (Model: YC336E2S11).
